"Big" Gary Stirling was one of the best and is hugely missed by all who knew and loved him.
Gary was my sister's partner. He joined the family every Christmas for about 9 years and loved decorating the tree, polishing off the leftovers and demolishing the chocolates. My last memory of Gary was trying a fishcake for the first time. I loved living in the flat he prompted me to buy.
A lot has happened in the three years since he died. I donate blood and encourage others to do the same. My baby Luke will never know his Uncle Gary, but I will talk about him when he is of an age to understand.
